Returns & Exchanges

At Aelfric Eden, we want you to be completely satisfied with your streetwear; if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Return Center and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the provided return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at the designated carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
